We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at noel@nutrynuts.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
Lost or Undeliverable Orders
Correct Address Provided: If the shipping address provided at checkout was accurate and your order has not arrived, please contact us. We'll investigate and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or refund.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If you provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address (missing building number, post code, etc.) when placing your order, we are not able to offer a refund or replacement. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.

Wrong Orders
